Born and raised in Texas, Morgan Malin is a real estate agent with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, proudly serving Austin, New Braunfels, and the Texas Hill Country. After beginning her career in New Braunfels, she has now planted her roots in Austin and is passionate about serving clients in this dynamic and fast-growing market. With two years of experience on a top-producing Sotheby’s International Realty team in New Braunfels, Morgan gained valuable knowledge in marketing, client relations, and navigating complex transactions. That experience built a strong foundation that continues to shape her business today — one grounded in trust, honesty, and open communication.

Her dedication to client service began long before her real estate career. Growing up in her family’s packaging business, Morgan learned early on the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and cultivating lasting relationships. These principles remain central to how she approaches every client interaction, ensuring each person feels supported and confident through every step of the buying or selling process.

 

Now established in Austin, Morgan combines her Hill Country roots with her knowledge of the Austin market to provide a unique perspective for clients seeking to buy, sell, or invest in Central Texas. Outside of real estate, Morgan enjoys running along Lady Bird Lake, working on her golf game, and spending time with her dog, Penelope, and cat, Mila. She is also the founder of Fore Girls Golf & Social Club, a community she created to bring women together through golf, lifestyle, and meaningful connections. This passion for community and connection mirrors the same values she brings to her real estate career, where building relationships is always at the center of her work.
